INFORMATION: volcanic ashes clouds

Volcanic ashes clouds : Due to current athmospheric perturbations, most flights
to and from Europe are halted since last thursday. We are very concerned that it
may cause some uncertainty about your transportation to CARE VI meeting next
week.
The situation and the information are changing constantly, and we have
currently no firm sign that next week will be in trouble. Flights to and from
France are announced to start again progressively tomorrow tuesday 20th, and
return to normal could occur on thursday 22th.
Therefore the organizing committee of CARE VI and the co-chairs of CARE confirm
that the conference programme keeps unchanged and they wait for you in Nancy,
France, on wednesday april 28th, 2010.

However, for those who planned to fly earlier to France, with a flight that
would be cancelled, the best advice we can give is to contact your travel
agency / aircraft company, and ask to postpone your flight. We want to underline
that in case of flight cancellation, we urge you NOT to cancel your ticket by
yourself, but expect this from your carrier/aircraft company. A cancellation on
your own initiative would prevent you of any chance to get reimbursed by the
company.
